I have a Mac Mini in my shopping cart -- and I can not seem to get a straight answer out of Apple.
I have older 32 bit audio apps I would like to run still. My question is: Will the current Mac Mini i.e. the one in my shipping cart i7 be able to downgrade back to Mojave? I read somewhere that some of the recent computers i.e. Mac Books are not capable to going backwards! Thanks for your time...
The current Mac mini ships with Catalina, and one can never downgrade a Mac to a version of macOS older than what ships on it. Catalina cannot run any 32-bit applications, or support 32-bit printer/scanner drivers.
By now, the vendors of your 32-bit audio applications should have 64-bit versions, or they never will.
