Verification Code Issue

My phone was crushed yesterday by a car. I got a new phone and I am trying to set it up but I can't get the verification code for my Apple ID login because I don't have access to my phone. I also can't get it on my computer because I also need a verification code to log in with my Apple ID there as well. I am trying to set up my new phone but I can't without this code. What do I do???

I can't put my verification code for Apple ID Hello. I recently fixed my iphone 4 and was planning to link it to apple id as i once logged out for no reason. Now when i am trying to log into apple id there is no way to input the code that my phone gets. If there is a way and i cant log in to my first apple id, how do i delete it just to create a new one?
