I cannot log onto the App Store. I put in my AppleID and password, get a message that says the Apple ID has not been used with the App Store, Please review account information. I click on review, a new window to sign on appears, I sign in again and I get the same "Apple ID has not been used message." I have Mac OS Catalina v. 10.15.5 on a MacBook Air circa 2015.

I did exactly what you said to do on your blog and I am still getting the same message loop. Also, whenever I sign onto the Apple ID website, I get a message that this is a new device even if I've logged on many times before. Could these be connected?
