One Airpod pro in transparency mode is not working ok

When I turn transparency mode on one of the AirPods doesn’t let that much air through and it’s as if it’s in noise cancellation mode, but I hear clearly, it’s a weird sensation and I cannot explain it clearly. I tried draining the battery completely and in noise cancellation mode it’s working alright. The problem appeared when they updated to 2D27.

Hey, Vladimir!

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! We see that one of your AirPods Pro doesn't seem to engage Transparency mode correctly, and would be happy to help!

Based on what you've described as happening, we recommend using the steps in the Apple Support article If your left or right AirPod isn't working - Apple Support.

If you still need help after that, please get in touch with Apple Support directly, which you can do via an available method here: Get Support.

And for more information on Transparency and Noise Cancellation on your AirPods Pro, check out AirPods Pro Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency mode - Apple Support.

Have a great day!
