Clicked a site and it took me to some other shady site instead, should I be worried?

I was just trying to do some research and I clicked a site that redirected me to some super shady looking site. I went back to the search results and it automatically switched back to the site against my will, so I closed the tab, cleared all history and website data, and restarted my phone. I highly doubt anything is wrong but I’m just asking to make sure there’s no hidden files or something in my phone now.
