Apple TV 4K shows a blank screen on Samsung 4K flip 2

My apple TV 4K shows a blank screen on Samsung 4K flip 2. there have been a few moment of a flash of the Apple TV start up screen, but blank otherwise. I have changed HDMI cables, switched them off and on, and tried changing the resolution with the volume down button and menu buttons being held down.

Has anyone resolved this issue?
