Envelopes printing every second one upside down from Word mail merge.

Help!!! After spending three hours last night getting my data accessible on mail merge (Excel to Word), now when I try to print it, it prints every second envelope upside down. I have turned off double-sided and collated but it still happens. I can't select odd or even pages only because of the stupid merge issue. I tried asking Microsoft help but they are absolutely USELESS!!! It took three people to fix my mail merge problem last night!

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15

Boot into Safe Mode (How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support) by booting with the Shift key held down and check there to see if the problem persists. Reboot normally and test again.

NOTE: Safe Mode boot can take up to 10 minutes as it's doing some system cache cleaning, volume verifying and directory repairing.

If the above didn't help there is a possible workaround that you can use until you do find a solution:

1 - print to PDF

2 - open the PDF file and rotate all upside down envelope 180˚

3 - print the PDF file,.

Can you print ODD pages then invert the envelopes & print Even pages?

No, unfortunately I can’t select odd or even pages or select set pages, I have to print all or nothing.
