ios 11 pro max edit menu pickers issue...When I choose from a menu the choice flips in and out from "choose" to "the choice I made" back and forth. I need help . Who has an answer?

i need help! when i tap on the AT, it shows me the main menu or top level menu, then i clicked on device and then the three dots (more) and it appears 8 actions when i used to have only seven, how can i change that? when i click on the “more” option that appears on the “device” it shows me 8 actions, when i used to have 7 and it confuses me a little, how can i change/customize that?

Mini keyboard menu at bottom of ipad screen Since IOS 15 upgrade I have had keyboard issues. I have a small menu at the bottom of my screen when I open an app. I can “minimize” it with a pull down menu and it hides in a corner. But if I open a different app it jumps back open and at the bottom again. It shows a keyboard icon, up and down arrows and a mic. How to I turn it off. I have Ipad 12 pro max on an apple keyboard case. Thanks
