Payment for iCloud

My credit card was stolen. I have applied for a new debit card that is supposed to arrive today or tomorrow. I have received a text notice that my payment had a problem and was not processed. That is because my bank voided my old card and has issued a new debit card. I have tried to take care of this on my phone, but have been unsuccessful. I have also tried calling, but I have been placed on hold for over 30 minutes and I hung up. I would like to speak with someone about fixing all this so I don't lose my iCloud storage.

While waiting for a new debit/credit card to arrive, you can purchase an iTunes gift card and load the balance to your account. This will be used to pay for your iCloud storage in the meantime.
