Payment for iCloud
My credit card was stolen. I have applied for a new debit card that is supposed to arrive today or tomorrow. I have received a text notice that my payment had a problem and was not processed. That is because my bank voided my old card and has issued a new debit card. I have tried to take care of this on my phone, but have been unsuccessful. I have also tried calling, but I have been placed on hold for over 30 minutes and I hung up. I would like to speak with someone about fixing all this so I don't lose my iCloud storage.
