Apple Music Student status confirmation

It’s been a year since I applied student subscription and now Apple Music asks to re-confirm my student status so I tried to re-confirm it by logging into Unidays, but it’s says that I have been using different Apple ID for confirmation, but I’m 100% sure that I have been used the correct one. What should I do? I don’t want to log in to different one coz all my music will disappear.

It appears you are unable to renew your Apple Music student subscription, correct? We're here to help you take a look in to that!


First, let's force close the Apple Music app. Reload the Apple Music app and attempt again. Next, ensure the iOS is up-to-date. From here we can restart the device.
