I’ve tried to add a payment method and it just says my App Store and iTunes have been disabled

Every time I try to get a new app my phone says that my App Store and iTunes has been disabled. I’ve tried to put my work card in for the payment and it’s not working


iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
