How do I upload a 3GB video to iCloud?

How can I invite my friends and relatives overseas to watch that video in iCloud?

If the video is on a computer, go to iCloud.com > Photos > you will a little cloud with an arrow pointing upward (top right) > you will use that to upload the video to your iCloud.

To share the video, you will see a square with an arrow pointing upward, you will use that to share with someone.
