Expanding a Zipped BIN file

You don't unzip the .bin firmware package. You need the manufacturer's app for the camera which will push the firmware to the camera. Most likely the app will only be available for Windows. Check the camera manufacturer's website for instructions on how to update the camera firmware.

Why do you think you need to expand a .bin file? Where did you find/get this file? You should have no reason to expand a .bin file as they are usually associated with firmware updates for various devices or it is a proprietary file format used by an app for whatever reason.
