Any ideas? My previous MacBook Air 2015 recognized the same camera with no problem. I would attach the cable, turn the camera on, and the Photos program would open automatically.

With the camera connected, launch Applications > Image Capture. Does the camera show up?

Well, I successfully downloaded the EOS Utility. When I attach the camera, the utility opens, but won't let me download the photos on the camera.
I get this:
I can't get it to download anything...that option seems to be greyed out.
What am I doing wrong?
