Hey there!

You may need to install specific drivers for you Camera. Visit https://in.canon/en/support/download?searchType=model&os=macOS+10.15&fileType=DR&fileLang=en&q=

And select the type as "Drivers" and select language as "English". Then, enter you model name and download the drivers that are necessary.
