DVRs that are compatible with Apple TV4

No. The Apple TV is a streaming box. Most content is on demand. There is very little use for DVRs.

If you need to actually record something for some reason, some providers like Spectrum and Sling offer Cloud DVR built in to their Apps directly.

Outside of that, any DVR would need to support DHCP to avoid potential piracy, and I don't know of any that do.
