I reset my phone to factory settings before unpairing my watch. Now I am trying to syn my watch and my phone is stuck at the apple watch is syncing screen and I can't seem to do anything to pair my watch now. Help
iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13
If you reset the phone then you'll probaby have to start from scratch with the watch;
Start here;
Press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for about 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.Wait a few seconds, then hold down just the side button for about 20 seconds or until the “erase all settings” prompt shows up on the screen, then click it, then click the green check button.
If this goes ok you should end up at the watch pairing screen.

Which version of watchOS it the watch running?
It is a 5 series and I reset the watch to factory setting too. It is trying to pair but phone still thinks is syncing but the watch hasn’t started
