husband received an email that my iCloud storage is running short

Received this email:

How can this email be factual when the following is showing on my account. His personal storage shows he's only using 64mg...

I'm not quite sure how he got an email about your iCloud storage. Are the both of you sharing an Apple ID? If one of you has setup up iCloud for Family Sharing, are you actually sharing the storage?
