Most of the time those are duplicates. You can determine that by checking the serial number of the devices in the list.

I have 4 boxes, 2 iphone6 and 2 iphone7 so I have the serial number and none of these match the numbers in their database!

Perhaps none of those phones ever were updated/upgraded to the required versions of iOS for the class action.

This is a class action regarding slowing down older phones that were still in use.

Nope, they were upgraded for each release of IOS.

It literally states any phone that ran 10.2.1 or later, or 11.2 or later. Currently, my 7 is on 13.5.1. The SE and 6 is on 13.2.1. Meaning all 3 phones are part of the AND LATER portion. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Right? The error doesn’t say isn’t eligible. The error says cannot find that serial.

I too got the same email, and I deleted the email because I got a new iPhone which is the 11 Pro Max and I no longer use the iPhone 7 and also for privacy reasons as well.

Yes I felt the same. There is no need to input my Appleid. May be Apple did create this so people put off complaining the form ???

correction for iphone7 eligibility. IOS 11.2 was December 2, 2017. IOS 11.2.1 was December 13, 2017. Update had to be made by December 21, 2017

Thank you. That's what I figured. I think my other family members did have problems with their old phones, so I'll have to see if I can pull their Apple IDs from them.
