You indicate that you "tried clearing cache from safari, deleted imessages etc."

Some of that "Other" category may be "Recently Deleted" files: kind of like the "Trash" folder. Such files will not be permanently removed from your system, without you taking additional action (just like the "Trash").

For Photos, check the Recently Deleted, within Photos.

For most other files, you can use the Files app (looks like a Blue Folder on a White background) to look at your system's "Recently Deleted" folder.

Note: not all those files will be Local to your device! Many of those files will be "Recently Deleted" files on various Cloud Services (such as iCloud Drive, Google Drive, and many others).

Holding your touch on a file, there, within the Files App, will bring up a menu.

Choose the "Info" option to see "Where" the file resides.

Then you can decide what you want to do with that file.

For Local and iCloud files, deleting there will permanently delete the file!

(For, at least, some others, deleting there may make the file disappear, only to reappear later, because it wasn't actually deleted on the remote Cloud Service.)

G'day chirag146,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. Being able to manage your storage space is important. We see you have 26 GB of Other storage and 7 GB of System storage.

While it's normal to have some usage in those categories, that does sound a bit higher than normal. If you haven't already, try updating your device to iOS 13.6. Be sure to back up beforehand: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch and Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you update and find this doesn't affect your storage reporting, or if you're already running iOS 13.6, use this link to get in touch with Apple: Get Support

Cheers.
