Cannot access my apple ID account
I cannot login to my appleconnect account. When I login with my Apple ID, it asks me for my security questions. The answers I provide I know are right. However, it says two out of three are inaccurate. When I go to Apple ID to reset them it get a message that says, "We do not have enough information to update your Apple ID." How amd i suppose to get into my Apple ID account to update the questions and enable Two-Factor Auth if I cannot get in?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
