ABC mouse

Wondering why the app does not work on my iPad? My daughter turns it on & the screen just stays yellow. I’ve even deleted & have downloaded again & it still doesn’t work?

App glitches I have an app on my iPad (6th gen) that is continually having glitches. I have multiple friends with the same app (JW library) on iOS not having these problems. For one It refuses to update, and my Apple Pencil has stopped working in the app, even though it still works fine in other supported apps. I gave in and deleted the app and reinstalled it. It finally updated, but now I've started experiencing the same issues again. Suggestions?

If you have a problem with a specific third-party App, you should contact the App Developer for assistance.

If you cannot find a link from within the App, you will find a link to the Developer from the App listing in the Apple App Store.
