Charging Cable that comes with AirPods Pro.
I don’t have a mac and I bought the AirPods pros that come with the Usb-c to lightning charging cable (not sure if that’s right). Is it basically useless or can I use the charging cable on other devices?

You could use that cable with anything that has a USB-C connection; one option would be to buy a USB-C power adapter such as https://www.apple.com/shop/product/MU7T2LL/A/18w-usb-c-power-adapter
You can also just use the charging cable and power adapter that came with your phone.
