Microphone and speakers on my IPhone 8 Plus all of a sudden stopped working. Only works with Bluetooth speaker. Did test with Voice memo and Siri. Got the latest update and restarted phone.
What I noticed is my Noice Cancellation option is missing. How can I get this option back? I am unable to receive and make calls. Not even FaceTime.

I see this option on our another iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X. Reading through forums Toggling noise cancellation on iPhone may help in resolving the microphone and speaker issue. I see the same noice cancellation missing issue reported by iPhone 7 users as well.
OK, I apologize, I now see there is:
Settings > Accessibility > Audio / Visual > Phone Noise Cancellation.
iPhone does not have a noise cancellation option. AirPods Pro have this.

@apple support - still looking for answer. Unable to use the phone for audio and video calls especially during this time when phone is the only and key way to communicate.
