I just bought a USB-C to USB adapter for my new Macbook Air 2020 and none of my flash drives fit into the USB port :( Help

You have a 2020 MacBook Air with how Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) ports. You also have an adapter which has USB-C (Male) to USB (Female) adapter. Your USB flash drives do not fit into he adapter's port. Are my assumptions correct for your issue?

Do you have the right adapter? Can you post a picture of that adapter or post a link where we can take a look at it?

Well then, you have resolved the issue. Return the Apple one and get a refund.
