Can you turn off your phone passcode and use face ID only

I was wondering if you could turn off your number digit passcode and use face ID as your only Password

iPhone 11, iOS 13

No not possible and should NOT be. It is a great security feature when Face ID is not available and also when making critical settings or Apple Pay changes.
