Just 1 year, My HomePod is dead

My HomePod play music well yesterday night, but it doesn’t work today suddenly.


Afternoon, I go to Apple store (Genuis Bar) , but the employees couldn’t find the problem and told me the never see this problem before. The suggestion is call 400 or post my question on apple’s community


I brought it last year and the warranty just pass on April. If I couldn’t solve the problem, the HomePod will be a Brick.

Please Reset HomePod - Apple Support

Make sure to do exactly as instructed in the above link, counting to 5 (twice) is important!

Then set it up again from scratch: Set up and use HomePod - Apple Support
