I am trying to update to the latest version of itunes on my PC to import my photos to my computer. What do I do?

Add photos to iTunes library on Windows PC My iTunes on Windows PC does not show a Photos library. How can I create a Photos library in my iTunes on Windows PC ?? And add photos to my iTunes Photos library on my Windows PC from a file on my PC. Thank you.
