The email I received from Apply says my trade was supposed to be $320 and they valued it at $120. Are they crazy. But the email says if we don't hear back from you accepting this offer in 14 days we will return your device. But it says "do no reply to this email" and there is no way to deny the offer to send it back now.
Read the email carefully. If there is no way to decline the offer expressly, then that's how it is. But perhaps there is a link or something else in the email that explains how to actively decline the offer.

The email says do not reply to this email. And there are no buttons or links. But it does say if we don’t hear from you in 14 days we will send it back. But why do you have to wait the 14 days to say No. Apple was supposed to give me $320 trade in for my laptop’s model but the offer was $120. Pretty bad for a completely working Apple MacBook laptop.
I want to decline the apple trade in value but there is no way to do that.
