If you were using messages in iCloud - Keep all your messages in iCloud - Apple Support and deleted those messages, then they are irrevocably gone. If you weren't using this feature, then you can try restoring from a backup to a point in time when you believe the messages were available to you - Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support.
