Screen time password.

My phone decided to put a password on screen time. I noticed while trying to ad a new contact. Found contact editing is turned off. I don’t know the four digit password. I used my Apple ID to over ride with forgot password option. Says it’s incorrect or invalid. What do I need to do to solve this
