iPhone 7 Plus audio doesn’t work

hi so, I have an iPhone 7 Plus and I’ve been using it for like almost 3 years and all of the sudden, my audio doesn’t work. When calling, the audio button fades out, when recording, the audio doesn’t work, etc. Is there a way to help wit tha?
