Can’t downgrade storage plan

When I get to the last page to downgrade to Free Plan, the button ‘done’ is greyed out and it does not allow me to downgrade, after properly entering my log on credentials. (Iphone)

If you followed the instructions here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207594 and had a problem, then I would suggest getting in touch with Apple through the contact support link at the top of the page.
