USERTrust RSA Certification Authority on macOS Catalina Cont'd

Hi,

I've saw another post about this but the solution hasn't worked. I recently upgraded the latest version of Catalina, and now Citrix Workspace brings up the error message "You have chosen not to trust 'USERTRUST RSA Certification Authority'", when I try to use it. I have the latest version of Citrix and Catalina installed, and am having no issues on my PC.

I've updated the keychain access to 'Always Trust' and restarted the browser and computer, but the same error message keeps coming up. It appears to be an issue with Catalina rather than any other source.

Any ideas?
