Sidecar not showing in Catalina

Just updated from High Sierra, my iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014) to Catalina 10.15.6 (19G73). I am trying to us my iPad Pro 12.9" 3rd generation 13.5.1 in Sidecar. It's not showing up in System Preferences on the mac. Any ideas?

First:

Both devices on the same WiFi network
Bluetooth switched on, on both devices
Handoff active on both devices
Signed into the same Apple ID on both

Second:

Click the AirPlay icon
Select Mirror Built-in Retina Display (at which point the iPad should spring into life)
Change back to Use As Separate Display
