I'm using an audio device over USB. The iPad auto detects that it can input to it and airplays music to it. When I open airplay from the control panel there is no option to select my ipad as the output, ie disable airplay.
iPadOS 13.5.1on a 2020 iPad Pro 12.9"
I don't know that it's any less or more compatible than any audio interface? It shows up successfully and I can record. I suspect that it's just also presenting an audio out, which seems to make the revert to iPad audio option disappear. I have a DAC on order and I expect the same behaviour -- will report back.

How do I disable music airplay on iPadOS 13? There's no option to select ipad.
