Can't Run Logic Pro X anymore (3rd party software issue)

In 2015 I bought Steinberg's Audio interfaced called the UR44. In order for me to mute the inputs I must also install their software called dspMixFx_UR44 (it's a little mixing board app for the UR44). The issue I have had with the dspMixFx_UR44 application is that it comes bundled with other stuff that interferes with proper operation of Logic Pro X (as well as Final Cut Pro X and my notation software called Finale).

Today's issue is a new one.

I can't start Logic Pro X. It never gets past the splash screen - forcing me to use the "force quit" option which then brings up an error message. Attached is the LPX splash screen and error message.

I'd like any help or ideas on how to troubleshoot this problem. Moving forward - I plan to find another audio interface that is generally more compatible with my 2015 MacBook Pro running Mojave.
