Question is
If I back up my iphone today in icloud and I back up again later on with my iphone in icloud with different contents of my photos, my old back up will be overwritten right?
How about if I backup my Ipad in my icloud, will the backup of my Iphone will be overwritten or not?

Backup files are made based on the device’s name in settings, general, about, name. So as long as every device has a unique device name, then it will have its own backup file in iCloud or iTunes.
