Safari feature not working, how to setup safari to always open same webpage

Home pages went out with the 20th century. The field at the top of the page is a combination search/address field. Chrome doesn’t have a home page, either. If you want to use a browser with a home page try downloading Firefox, but even it doesn’t open to a home page by default, it opens to the last page or tabs used.

Safari will open to the last web page displayed. It does not have a “home” page feature.
