I bought defective AirPods

I live in Ukraine, that is my first problem as I cannot get a decent support even from this official website. I bought AirPods from the official Apple reseller in Ukraine (estore.ua). After 2 months of using them, the right airpod stopped working. I contacted the support of the store and they sent me to the official Apple Repair Service in Ukraine (a-service.ua). They've checked the product and told me that there is a defect with the right airpod and it is not my fault so they replaced the right airpod. Two months passed after I took my AirPods from service and my left airpod stops working. Again, the same problem that was with the right airpod. I contacted the store, where I bought the product, and asked if I could get a new pair of AirPods as obviously, those that they've sold me are defective. They sold me the product of bad quality. The only reply I got - "You just weren't lucky." The support representative suggested going to the Apple Repair Service again.

My question - Do I have a right to demand a new pair of AirPods? I spent my money with the hope to get a quality product but got a defective pair. Now I have to spend my own time going back and forth to that service and they will replace my AirPods by pieces. I do not understand how it works, should I be just lucky to get a good working pair of AirPods? I spent the same amount of money like any other person - someone gets a good product and I get a bad one. I am very disappointed as I cannot even contact the proper Apple Support as I live in Ukraine!!
