Can notifications be turned off for the Settings app?

My Settings app keeps notifying me “iPhone Backup Failed” and all these other annoying notifications that I do not care to see. And there’s a permanent badge of numbers on the app in my home screen because after I click “Not Now,” the notifications reappear within seconds. How can I turn off notifications for the Settings app? I’ve searched through the ‘Notifications’ section with little luck. Please help

No it can't be turned off. if you don't care to see the notification - then turn off icloud backup on your phone and you won't see it anymore nor will your data be backed up.

I have had this issue as well since Sunday. I have the iCloud backup turned off and have had it off for months, but was still getting the notification. It wasn’t an issue before, but now I am unable to clear the badge notification on my Settings.

I will go in to the “iPhone Backup Failed” message, click the “Not Now” option to remove the badge and message, but it just flickers on and off before placing the badge and notification back. Haven’t been able to get rid of it and is very annoying.
