Instagram allowing access to my photos

My new iPhone SE works amazing! I have had a problem in the past with allowing access to my camera roll with social media apps such as Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok. Once I got a new phone I thought that all of that would’ve been fixed. Turns out it’s not. When I go onto Instagram and want to upload a photo from my photo library it says enable photo access. I click on that button and it just takes me straight to my settings. I go into my Instagram settings and there is no switch like the other buttons that says I can turn on my photo library access, the only switch is camera, which is turned on. I read online to go onto your privacy settings and go into Photos there but there is just a blank screen with small lettering saying that apps will appear here that ask To have access to your photo library. I read a bunch online and none of it really helped me out. I was wondering if there was a way to fix this. I also did this other method I heard of where you go to General and reset your privacy And location, but after I tried everything again nothing changed. I wonder if there is a way you could help me please. I’ve been wanting to upload some photos and it’s been a total bump in the road for me, very annoying. Thank you so much for all of your help! :)
