No option to allow apps access to photos

When apps ask me permission to have my photo gallery, I click yes and it brings me to settings for that app but there is no option for allowing access to photos. Its like this for all the apps. It also only started happening today and was working fine before. Ive already tried to reset my location and privacy but it did nothing.

Then check:

-> Settings -> Privacy -> Photos -> then check if the app have Read & Write permissions.

-> Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Photos > Make sure it's set to “Allow changes”
