VIVAMAX app not working I already have a receipt of my subscription on VIVAMAX app sent via email but when I open VIVAMAX app there is no subscription posted there and I cant watch movies. FYI my payment method is debit card

Can’t access Upgraded Paramount Plus subscription I upgraded my subscription from premium monthly to premium + showtime yearly using my iPhone. However I still can’t access the showtime content as paramount plus still thinks I have subscribed to premium monthly without showtime. Anyone know how I can either fix this, or whom I should contact to get this fixed?

VIU premium’s Subscription from apple store cannot apply on my VIU’s account I’ve been subscribed a 6 month plan of VIU premium directly from my apple account on subscription setting and paid successfully, but when i back to my VIU application, the subscription didn’t applied. I’ve tried to change to other account, but still remained as basic account not premium account. Thanks before for your help!
