How do you keep the icons from moving all around? My daughter was furious when we set it up, just to shut down her phone from midnight till 9am

It's hard to tell exactly what you're talking about with so few details. However, it sounds as if, when you implemented restrictions, it reset the phone layout. I've seen the happen when you remove restrictions. To the best of my knowledge, there's no way round that. Your daughter will just need to put things back the way she wants. They should stay that way until you remove the restrictions.
