How can I stop App icons shaking, then moving or deleting from my Home Screen?

On my iPhone 13 the app icons shake really easily if I accidentally press the Home Screen ( for example if it’s in my bag)) Any tips on how to stop this before I accidentally delete my phone, message and email app?

Make sure that you lock the screen on your phone before putting it in your bag.
