Corrupted IPad

Someone gave me a used iPad and I can't download or delete apps , The apps on it I can't get into . I also found photos and contacts on it . How can I fix this refurbished IPad? where I can able to use it without no problem .

Make sure the previous owners iCloud account is not signed in Settings->iCloud (if its running iOS 10 as your tag line suggests) or Settings->Account (top of settings) if its running iOS 11 or later.


Go to Settings->General->Reset->Erase all Content & Settings. And follow the onscreen prompts.


This will clear the iPad, and let you set it up from the beginning with your accounts.
