Closed caption keep coming on when streaming tv

I am having a difficult time understanding your question. Could you please restate your question while providing as much detail as you can?
I’m looking at tv on my iPad and closed caption keep coming on, what’s be said is being written on the screen and I have to keep going in my settings to turn closed captions back off again (cc) closed caption, in other words everything the tv is saying is being written on the screen.
