Can't remove Epoccam as an audio option

I installed the audio app Epoccam and can't get rid of it. I tried an uninstaller.pkg, and I tried the instructions from Kinoni (to run a command in terminal - which didn't seem to work, it said folder not found).

I can't find any more files related to it in the various library folders, yet it's still there as an option in sound preferences. It's a nightmare when I use Zoom as Zoom keeps randomly trying to switch to Epoccam part way through the call. Can anyone tell me how to get this thing entirely off my computer?

(Yes, I've already restarted several times).
