my device storage is full of gray

Well the strange thing about my iPhoneX is that it has become slow and error code displaying: my device storage is full. So I started trouble shooting and deleting unnecessary items. All has been cleared except the tiny bit of pictures still being sent to google photos. My icloud has storage free and my device is nearly empty. Still recieveing the error code. and the gray is still full. please help.

Storage error Good afternoon, Sorry for my English I am from Ukraine (it is Ukrainian language on screenshots) I have an iPhone 11 64 GB I bought it in retail Apple Store last year, which is located in Philadelphia, PA. The main problem is that every day I have an error that it is not enough storage on my iPhone, it is full. I have already deleted a lot of important information from my device. I have cleaned a cache And still there is a lot of trash in the section “Other”, (as you can see on the screen shot total is 5,61 GB) I don’t understand what is going on I don’t want restore my iPhone and set up it as a “new iPhone” without restoring it from reservation data copy. When try to delete some photos and videos, sometimes it doesn't work. Some times it works, but only for a couple of days. Then the storage section "Other" grow, and free storage is not available. I have lost a lot on information. iPhone occured an error and sudenly deleted some data history on different messengers. Why I pay 750$ for this product and have such a big problem? Corrupt iphone? Serious issues! Hey, I’m having some serious issues with my iphone. For the longest time its told me that my storage has been full when its not (my icloud storage was, but I upgrated from the 50 to the 200 storage plan and even after restarting my phone it still says that the storage is full, even though I have 150 of free storage now) Also My phone storage was never full, ive always only had 26.6 used out of 64GB. Other ‘symptoms’ occuring are that my apps are constantly crashing and it won’t let me download new ones. When I try to download a new app and it fails, the ‘ghost’ of the attempted app download will continue to pop up even though ive already deleted it. The same thing keeps happening with my photos, I try to delete them and sometimes theyll delete, but sometimes theyll leave behind a blank photo that now seems to random fill in with another random photo on my phone when I click on it. It also wont let me delete it at all and just glitches out. Another thing is that my messages sometimes delete themselves, ill have messages recently sent thatll dissapear and incoming messages that ill see as a notification but that wont be there once i go to read it or will disspear. Lastly when i search in my phone notes it cant look through them and acts like nothing is there, and my search history on safari keeps leaving and coming back. I have tried EVERYTHING. and nothing seems to be working. I cant factory reset because i cant back up my phone to my computer. everytime i try it gives the message that an ‘error has occured’ with no further help. this! is ! driving! me ! crazy! please help me!

It has something to do with the phone files being encrypted, you need to restore your phone and it will fix itself.

hey it can take a lot of time if you have lots of data to backup as well should be having icloud storage space of storing that much backup

options:

-can try backing up with iTunes to mac if space available
